                                                     My Trip Home

It doesn’t matter how fast you get their what matters is getting there. Although Transporting from one place to another is much faster in the united states it will never meet my expectation. It bothers me how sad and stressful it always is when I’m going home from work or from school or simply from the corner store. Ever since I move to Chicago, I never get home happy I’m always feeling sad and overwhelmed with the fact that I just sat in traffic for 40 minutes. This is something that never happened to me when I use to live in Guerrero my home town, because transportation I’m my home town is way different because is you feel free and it is more fun.

I remember taking the public bus in my home town and it is nothing like taking a bus in Chicago because it is louder tighter but also fun. Although public transportation is not the best way to go from one place to another it is much better to take a bus in Guerrero then in Chicago because in Guerrero public bus you never know what to expect. sometimes you may see people performing inside of the bus for a small donation if wish so. Other time you will see people selling all sort of interesting think like bracelets or food or sometime even chickens. This is something that really relaxes me because even though it is noisier and tighter it is a way that you can connect with people and experience all types of Mexican culture. Although Mexican buses do have their down side like people stealing phones or what not, but sometimes I also see it as a quality. The reason why I say this could be a quality is because if you see people in Chicago when they are on the train or the bus they are always on their phone, and not noticing what is going on around them which is also very dangerous. So, in a way when you know someone could steal your phone you usually try to keep in your pocket and not to mention you could miss your stop.

When driving myself to work in Guerrero feels like driving down a rode that was made only for you. The reason why I Say this is because driving a car is not very common in my hometown so there are basically no cars to make traffic. Although driving a second-hand car model that was made 20 years ago might not seem so exciting, I can assure that is more exciting, than driving a brand-new car in Chicago. The reason why I say this is because where I’m from you don't have to worry about dealing with traffic or crazy drivers. well mostly because most people have no cars, but also because it is very essay to learn since there is not much to crash into. This all make the experiences of transporting more relaxing because you enjoy it since there is no one bother you. 

Sometimes I feel like even walking to the corner store is more relaxing in my hometown because you are always around nature and I like feeling the smell of the ranch, and the plants that grow all around the trees and bushes. And it also nice to walk around Guerrero because Although there is a lot of property it's not common to see many homeless peplos on the street like in Chicago which I find most interesting. The reason why I find this interesting is because Chicago is a place where people supposed to get more help since there is much better government. It also more relaxing because I feel more safer since where I live is very small most people recognize you, so you don't have to deal with things like gangs bothering you like in Chicago

        Overall, I feel like the process of getting to a place shut be as relaxing and ass fun as getting there because that time is the only time where your completely alone or away from problems. For example, when I am on the train from school it is the only time where I don’t think about school because when I get home, I have to go back to my student mode and do my homework. I feel like transporting in Chicago could be fun for some people but not for me since I more us to being in nature. So that’s why I feel like Guerrero is a much better place to get this type of freedom and relaxation on my way home
