Paragraph 1- 2nd draft

Not Special

When I was twelve years old, I asked my mother what was the meaning of my name, and
she did not have an answer for me. She just told me that my father gave me that name and
she liked it so they decided to use it. I wasn’t satisfied with her answer, so I started asking
to my father’s family, but they didn’t know either.At that time I guessed my father just
gave me that name because it was simple and easy to pronounce.
I went to Google to search the meaning of my name and I found a lot of meaning,
but my name did not make sense to me so I just ignored. After two years, I found out
that my father died with a big secret which was that he has another family while he
was with me and my mother. His daughter's name was Maria and my name is German
origin and in Spanish it means Maria. I decided that my name was not as special like used
to think, my name is just like his other daughter but different origin. My mother catched me
crying after finding out my father and she did not know what was happening. She asked
me what was wrong with me and I told her what I found out and I even told her about
my name. she looked at me with a big smile and she said that she did not know what
exactly Mitzi means for Google or other social media, but she knew what it means for her,
it means the whole world, the galaxy, and she knew for a fact that Mitzi means strong women,
happiness, beauty, she also said that I do not need to worry what Google says. I started
crying and I knew that my name was unique not for everybody, but for my mother.
